Before production begins, we double-check all order details to ensure accuracy and confirm your directions. Please review your order carefully before final approval, as all sales are final once confirmed.

Shipping Policy

At Love Customz, every order is made to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of this, turnaround times may vary depending on the item purchased.

Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 3–4 business days, though some custom pieces may take longer. We also offer express ordering for customers who need their items sooner—please contact us before placing your order for availability.

We currently ship within the United States only. All customers will receive a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as their order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
